At adrileonart, each product is handcrafted with care and love. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we prepare and ship your custom orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All items are hand-painted and personalized, which requires time for preparation.

Estimated processing time: between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the complexity of your design and current order volume.

You will be notified when your order is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders are shipped from Naples, Florida (USA) via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):

USPS First-Class Mail (for small items): 3–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail (for medium to large items): 1–3 business days

Shipping cost: Calculated based on package size, weight, and destination and shown at checkout.
International Shipping:

We ship to many countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: 7–30 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package at all times.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
adrileonart is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned, the customer must pay for re-shipment.
6. Damaged Items
We carefully pack every order, but if your package arrives damaged, please:
