At AdriLeonArt, every item is handmade and carefully crafted with love and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

 

All products are handcrafted and customized individually.

Estimated production time:

  • 5–15 business days depending on:

  • product type,

  • customization,

  • artwork complexity,

  • current order volume.

 

Customers will receive an email notification once the order has shipped.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Naples, Florida, USA.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Orders are shipped through USPS or other available shipping carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size,

  • weight,

  • shipping destination,

  • and selected shipping method.

 

International Shipping:

 

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Estimated international delivery:

  • 7–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees,

  • import taxes,

  • duties,

  • and any additional fees required by their country.

 

 

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your package status.

 

 

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, AdriLeonArt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather conditions,

  • USPS or carrier delays,

  • holidays,

  • customs processing,

  • natural disasters,

  • or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

AdriLeonArt is not responsible for:

​

  • lost packages due to incorrect addresses,

  • returned shipments,

  • or failed deliveries caused by customer errors.

 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

 

6. Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To review your claim, please provide:

  • photos of the damaged item,

  • photos of the packaging,

  • and your order number.

 

Once approved, adrileonart may offer:

  • a replacement,

  • repair,

  • or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

 

 

7. Handmade Product Notice

​

Because every item is handmade, slight variations in:

  • color,

  • brush strokes,

  • texture,

  • and artistic details

 

May occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handcrafted artwork.
